【ご注文からお届けまで】
１ メールにてご希望内容をヒアリングさせて頂きます
２ ラフスケッチを描き、サイズやデザインを検討いたします
３ デザインを元にお見積りをさせて頂きます
４ 指定の口座にてお支払いをお願いさせて頂きます
５ 本制作（詳細デザイン、造形、着彩、焼成、組み立て）通常1〜2ヶ月程度
６ 本制作が完了次第、作品の写真を送付させて頂きますのでご確認ください
７ 完成した作品をパッケージにて発送いたします

You may request custom orders such as:
Creating a necklace or bracelet based on a design from this series
Producing an accessory from this series in your preferred color
Requesting the same design in a different size
Designing an accessory based on a new or original motif
Creating commemorative or event gifts for special occasions
Or simply consulting with us, even if your idea is still at an early stage
Custom orders are available starting from a single piece.Please feel free to contact us and share your ideas or requests.
We also accept bulk orders.
Whether for corporate or personal use — such as commemorative items, corporate event gifts, or wedding favors — we are happy to discuss options tailored to your budget and needs.
From Order to Delivery
We begin by discussing your request and preferences via email.
A rough sketch is created to explore the design and size.
Based on the proposed design, we provide a price quotation.
Payment is requested via the designated bank account.
Production begins (detailed design, shaping, coloring, firing, and assembly).
The production period is usually 1–2 months.
Once production is complete, photos of the finished piece are sent to you for confirmation.
After approval, the completed piece is carefully packaged and shipped to you.
